Thomas E. Dewhurst III has a general practice in New Hampshire and Maine. He focuses on municipal law, business law, estate planning, personal injury, construction and contract disputes, insurance matters, buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, and land use matters. A substantial portion of Tom's practice involves municipal representation which includes serving as General Counsel for the local and county levels of government. Tom founded The Law Offices of Thomas E. Dewhurst III in October 1988. Prior to that, Tom served as Municipal Prosecutor for the Jackson, N.H., Police Department, and he was a police officer with the Conway Police Department. Tom has also prosecuted cases for the Carroll County Attorney's Office and Dover Police Department. Tom has been actively involved in several North Conway community activities including: The Rotary, the Public Library, the Municipal Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services.
